These items MAY NOT be redistributed in their original form by any means. You MAY distribute the items you make using these resources.
1. You MAY use my Commercial Use scrap kits to create scrap for hire pages, quick pages, brag book pages, etc. You may sell the items you create. Without exception, the finished product should be a single layer file ie merged.
2. You MAY NOT sell my scrap kit "AS IS" - you must make something with it and your final product must be a merged, single layer file.
3. You MAY NOT create element packs from my scrap kits.
4. You MAY NOT alter the files contained in the kit in any way. Recoloring and resizing to suit your project is permitted.
5. You MAY NOT claim these kits as your own. The copyright for the kit remains with the person who originally created it - me.

You may not offer the scrapkit items in any other scrapkit collection, on a website, or individually, create a competing product from them to sell or redistribute, and are not allowed to trade or share these items.

Do not use these items for obscene, defamatory, or immoral works or for any other purpose that is prohibited by law.
Feel free to alter these images to fit your personal scrapbooking needs,
i.e resizing,re-coloring and cropping as long as credit is given to me the designer.
If you use these graphics in a layout submitted to an online gallery, magazine or other publication using these images, you must give credit to Dezigns By Amanda and show the URL of my site (http://dezignsbyamanda.blogspot.com).
